Tender description
The Housing ICT Transformation Programme is the biggest piece of work to take place within the department for many years. Whilst the catalyst for change is the need to replace the existing version of Northgate OHMS system, this programme will completely transform the way in which services are delivered to our customers. The objectives of the programme are to: • Enhance and improve the customer journey experience • Improve the experience of staff in delivering those services • Transform our internal business processes to be ‘Digital by Default’ • Consolidate our internal business systems • Improve the management of information and data • Design out waste and duplication of effort • Achieve significant financial savings as a return on investment Keywords: IT, Data, Solution, Information Technology, Housing, System
