Tender description

The Measured Term Contract will be to carry out services required, to include but not limited to:- Legionella Checks - testing, management to document L8 for all assets Heating systems Boiler servicing, maintenance, replacement, oil and gas General plumbing works Gas testing and inspecting and certification Scheduling works To give advice, asses & supply recommendation to our insurance providers To include out of hours 4 hour responsive work and making safe if necessary. Must be Gas Safe, OFTEC registered and engineers must be factory trained. Contract is for 3 years with a 1+1 years extension
