Tender description

This is a contract award notice and as such the procurement process has now ended. The Centre for Health Science (CfHS) offers some 7 000 m2 net lettable space over 3 phases completed in 2006. It is a 3 storey multi-occupied property with a focus for excellence in healthcare, biotechnology research, education, training and business development which was jointly funded by Highlands and Islands Enterprise and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). HIE required a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide total facilities management services at the CfHS. These services will be required from 1.6.2019 for an initial period of 2 years, with HIE having the option to extend the contract 2 times for a period or periods each not exceeding 1 calendar year, following the initial term (2+1+1 years).
