This opportunity is on the condition that Bristol City Council are successfully awarded funding and may be amended to reflect the proposal accepted by the funders. Bristol City Council are in the process of apply for grant funding for the delivery of a South Bristol Workspace and Enterprise Support Project. If the Council is successful, we seek expressions of interest from prospective delivery partners to deliver ‘wrap around’ business support — mainly targeted at existing South Bristol businesses across ‘new’ and ‘traditional’ sectors, but also including some elements of entrepreneurship/start up. exercise will be ran to identify providers of. BCC has been working to scope this project with a group of partners who are currently involved in delivery of ERDF enterprise support projects in Bristol targeting disadvantaged communities and social groups under-represented in enterprise, and wishes to identify any additional local or national organisations with similar experience in ERDF enterprise support programmes in an urban context, who may either have access to match funding and so could add value to a core delivery consortium, or could provide services as subcontractors.
