Tender description

Specialist Commissioning will be looking to encourage as many registered providers as possible who operate within Wiltshire onto an Alliance platform, to dovetail with the Help to Live at Home (HTLAH) alliance. This will enable us to work together with providers in partnership across Wiltshire to: • Create a stable and sustainable adult health and social care market • Implement a stable and fair pricing structure • Work in partnership with providers to maintain good quality services and develop and share best practice amongst members of the Alliance • Utilise performance and quality data to support and develop a proactive approach to ensuring our services are developed to meet our future demand and needs of our customers • Ensure the customer experience services is positive across all areas • Ensure continuity of service for our residents within their journey through health and social care. The Council will work jointly with the CCG and the Alliance members to Develop the care market Direct resources at innovative projects that support increasing market capacity Share resources to support the development and maintenance of a resilient and stable workforce. Specialist Commissioning supports people from the age of 18 with a learning disability, mental health needs, physical, sensory needs and There is a bidder event on 9 July, which is a further opportunity for providers to ask generic questions. All questions and answers will be available via pro-contract following the session to ensure the Council is being fair, consistent and transparent in our approach. Please note we will not be able to answer questions that are specific to individual providers. This will be an open session and there will be specialist support available to cover any issues with accessing of pro-contract.
