Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is seeking an experienced Contractor(s) to provide Managed Voice and Network Infrastructure Services. An overview of the services is Lot 1 - Managed Voice Services: The Partner shall provide a support service, monitor and respond to incidents and faults for all telephony services including lines, telephone switches, voicemail and call logging. Additionally evaluate the Councils' telephone system, as necessary, and recommend to the Council any modifications or improvements which may be required from time to time in order to maintain agreed service levels. Lot 2 - Network Infrastructure Services; The Partner shall monitor the wide and local area networks, and evaluate the Councils' networks, as necessary, and recommend to the Council any modifications which may be required from time to time in order to maintain agreed service levels. Bidders may bid for one or both Lots and can offer a multi lot discount
