Tender description

New office building required to include the required spaces for up to 15 desks, kitchenette, single WC and small conference room. The building will include, one main access door with top cover, minimum of 7 windows, carpet tiles in the office area, vinyl in the other areas, dado height trunking and floor boxes to suit the two island desks, minimum of 30 power points along with data back boxes, venetian blinds, electric heating and ventilation in the WC and kitchen, air-conditioning, heating and cooling to the office area. Emergency LED lighting. Excuisions Desks will be purchased by ourselves. Any alarms (ie smoke, fire or intruder) will be supplied and fitted by our appointed partner who maintains our current systems Building to be structural steel framework and composite wall panels as per details in 1.3.3 Industry Specifications.
