Tender description

Job Support Wales (JSW) is a new programme which will commence delivery in April 2020. The programme is aimed at individuals with barriers to employment. It will replace ReAct; Jobs Growth Wales; the employability skills programme and Traineeships. This ITT has been issued under the provisions of the light touch regime, implemented through Regulations 74-77 as applied to Schedule 3 services of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) for the procurement of the framework. Lot 1: Job Support Wales — Youth Engagement (JSW-YE) which is designed to support individuals (normally 16 and 17 years old on entry) who have been assessed as having significant or multiple barriers preventing them from engaging sustainably in education, training or employment with training. This lot is for all-Wales delivery. Lots 2, 3 and 4 Job Support Wales — Youth Training (JSW-YT) which is for young people (normally 16 and 17 years old on entry) motivated to work but who need improved employability skills, clearer career focus and better job related skills. Each Lot is for regional delivery — North, South West and Mid and South East.
