Reigate and Banstead Borough Council (the Authority) are undertaking an exciting development of an existing light industrial site in Banstead, Surrey. Planning permission was secured by the Authority in 2018 and the existing site has now been demolished. The Authority are a seeking contractor to deliver the project which consists of the construction of 25 new build residential dwellings with associated parking, landscaping and access: — 3 No 2 person 1 bed flats, — 6 No 3 person 2 bed flats, — 8 No 4 person 2 bed houses, — 8 No 5 person 3 bed houses.
