Tender description

The Provision of Swimwear and Associated Swim equipment at the Heights and Medina Leisure Centres. The Authority wished to maximise its income from the swimwear and associated swim equipment and as part of the tender submission suppliers were required to demonstrate their experience in leisure facilities and proven ability in assisting the maximising income. The successful supplier is required to provide point of sale (POS) material for the display of the products; suppliers must demonstrate how the POS will increase awareness of the products to potential customers. The Authority undertakes to grant exclusive rights to the successful supplier and accordingly will not stock or sell any directly competitive products unless the successful supplier cannot for whatever reason supply any product.
