The Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO) is considering going to tender for a Complaint Management System/Online Dispute Resolution Platform — an enterprise-scale application software package designed to carry out all functions and workflows necessary to process FSPO’s current and likely future complaint workload. The purpose of this market research exercise is to identify suitable products, suppliers, software developers, system integrators, consortia and/or resellers who would be interested in participating in a tender process. The objective is to get a clear understanding of the latest solutions, products and features in the market that might meet FSPO’s business requirements.
