Central London Community NHS Trust is running a competitive process using the open procedure to set up a contract for the provision of CLCH NHS Trust’s Intranet. CLCH is an expanding organisation, that requires a new central platform for its Trust-wide communications. Peer to peer collaboration and access to tools and documents is now essential for advancement, ensuring all employees are connected to business critical information on any device. Goals of the new intranet platform: — unify the trust workforce via a platform that is accessible to all, — increase cut-through of business critical information, — make employees feel part of the story with better access to communications, — encourage communication and collaboration between regional and multi-disciplinary teams, — improve how knowledge is managed and shared across regional and multi-disciplinary teams, — increase productivity by centralising tools and processes from across the digital workplace, — leverage existing investment of Trust systems, — allow for the automation of Trust administrative procedures, such as using eForms and similar products.
