Provision of catering services for Southmoor Academy, including main restaurant, sixth form cafe and 6 external serving points. Southmoor is a large and successful 11-18 school with a strong sense of community. This is reflected in their motto ‘Aspire, Achieve, Enjoy’. Southmoor is one of the city’s highest performing non–faith academy in Sunderland and the lead sponsor within a Multi-Academy Trust. Southmoor goes far beyond striving for academic excellence. It’s a school that supports personal development by providing their pupils with opportunities to explore and develop their own interests and talents. This may take the form of sport, creative arts, ‘active lunchtimes’ or a wealth of regular educational visits as part of their extra–curricular commitment.
