Tender description

Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) is procuring a minor works framework 0 GBP to 15 000 GBP effective from 30.4.2019 to 29.3.2023. The Minor Works Framework consists of 23 lots, each lot relating to a technical area of expertise (Lot 10 is split into 2 separate lots — A and B). Individual works called off under the framework will have a maximum value of 15 000 GBP. The framework will have an estimated total value of 5 000 000 GBP over the term of the agreement. The minor works framework may be made available to other public bodies to use. These bodies include, but are not limited to: Gloucester City Council, all District Councils within Gloucestershire, Schools and Academy schools within Gloucestershire. The framework may also be used by District Authorities, Schools and Academies within South Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and Herefordshire. Lot 1: Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS); Lot 2: Boilers and controls and General Plumbing; Lot 3: Fixed Wire Testing and General Electrical Response. Portable Appliance Testing (PAT); Lot 4: Fire Alarm Systems and Emergency Lighting; Lot 5: Fire Fighting Equipment; Lot 6: Lifts (Passenger, goods and specialist); Lot 7: Lightning Protection; Lot 8: Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Air Handling Units; Lot 9: Access Control, Security Systems, Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Remote Monitoring; Lot 10a: General Maintenance: Small Building Works and associated mechanical and electrical works; Lot 10b: General Maintenance: Small Mechanical and Electrical Works and associated enabling building works; Lot 12: Asbestos Surveys; Lot 13: Automatic Door Systems and Roller Shutters; Lot 14: Carpet and Floor Coverings; Lot 15: Drainage Works; Lot 16: Fencing, Hard and Soft Landscaping works; Lot 17: Painting and Decorating; Lot 18: Roofing; Lot 19: Safety Glazing; Lot 20: Windows and doors; Lot 21: Play Equipment and Surfacing — Installation and Repairs; Lot 22: Tree Maintenance.
