Tender description

The Council is looking for experience contractors to undertaken highway works throughout the Borough of Brent. The Council requirement is to set up a framework with 3 highway contractors. The first allocation of work under this framework is for the Footway Improvement Programme. There may be other Highway Works required by the Council, however these are not confirmed at this stage. The Council is looking for experience contractors to undertaken highway works throughout the Borough of Brent. The Council requirement is to set up a framework with 3 highway contractors. The first allocation of work under this framework is for the Footway Improvement Programme where it will be allocated to the contractors for 3 geographical areas. Although the focus of the contract is to deliver the footway improvements programme, it is also intended to be able to use the framework to deliver other highway works on an ad hoc basis. The additional highway works could include Housing Infrastructure Funding works in South Kilburn amongst other highway capital works. It is not known at this time when these works will come through for delivery.
