The Units comprise of the following: • 4 x 3 bed Two Storey Semi-Detached. • 1 x 3 bed Two Storey Detached. • 1 x 2 Bed-Bungalow Improvement works as per Drawings and Pricing Document • 1 x 3 Bed-Bungalow (Existing) The development is an infill one utilising greenfield lands. All permanent and temporary works in connection with the construction of the 6 in no. houses (as described in the Form of Tender), including proposed site works, drains, attenuation and connections, sewers, connections, paving, walls, fences etc. as per Contract Documents.
