Hazelwick, Steyning Grammar and Worthing High Schools are collaborating on a building cleaning tender service to potentially outsource their cleaning requirements to the 3 schools. They require a suitably qualified cleaning contractor to manage the daily, weekly, monthly and periodic requirements in line with the attached specification from the contract. The overall intent is to award to one potential contractor however the schools here indicate they reserve the right to choose a separate contractor for each/any site indicated. Added to this: — contractors are also advised to indicate their management lines/cost if only one/2 or additional contract/s are awarded, —contractor are also requested to advise if individual site costs would change if only one site awarded. Steyning Grammar School has 3 distinct sites, 2 which are in-house and 1 currently outsourced, they are reviewing their options to outsource all 3 sites subject to certain cost criteria requirements being met and these will be further reviewed at the site meeting. The other 2 named schools are already outsourced but all are looking for efficiencies on service delivery.
