Tender description
The EPA require the provision of two 4X4 commercial SUV-type vehicles with a minimum towing capacity of 3000 kg. The vehicles shall be capable of normal use on standard roads and of sustained off-road driving over a wide range of terrains (including, but not limited to farmland, forestry tracks, beach access) and of negotiating slopes <up or down> up to 25%. The tenderer must accept the trade-in of one EPA vehicle in part exchange. Final decision on the purchase of each vehicle is dependent on final budget approval.
