Stratford Waterfront Culture and Education Development - Vertical Circulation

Tender description

It is the intention of the London Legacy Development Corporation ('LLDC') as the Contracting Authority to put in place a contract, with one contractor, for the Vertical Cerculation works for the Sadler's Wells East building at the Stratford Waterfront, Culture and Education Development at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford. The works comprise all activities required to complete the design and deliver the construction, testing, commissioning and handover of the Lift Installations - including all installations and interfaces as noted herein - for the Sadler's Wells, BBC, UAL and V&A East buildings together with Lifts to the Public Realm, all within the East Bank Programme on Stratford Waterfront at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, as further described in the Works Information. The works are due to be carried out on site between January and July 2022.
