Tender description

Overall, NEST seeks support from a research agency to help recruit, establish and maintain a large NEST member community panel of at least 5 000 (five thousand)* NEST members. *The panel needs to be recruited with large enough numbers for NEST to be able to focus on different sub-groups, e.g. in terms of age, gender, income and life stage. NEST has developed a pensions and lifetime saving journey map (see Section _) which plots attitudes and behaviour across significant events during the course of lifetime. This map divides this lifetime into four distinct life-stages, and NEST would need to ensure that sufficient members are recruited from each of these to maintain an adequate pool of panellists for each of the stages.
