Tender description

As part of the council’s transformation a “process bible” is being produced to identify all processes across the authority. These processes will need to be mapped to enable the build of the new system. The "Engage" software is designed specifically for use in workshops, processes are mapped during the workshop saving time and effort and removes the need for lengthy write ups.
