BCP Council is seeking bids from Suppliers to provide and sell high quality Illuminated Merchandise during Christmas Tree Wonderland which takes place from the middle of November until the beginning of January in Bournemouth’s Lower Gardens. The length of the contract is for one year with the option to extend the contract annually for a further two years. Therefore, if all extensions were taken, the full length of the contract would be for three years. It is anticipated that the contract will start in November 2019. Options to extend are subject to satisfactory performance throughout the life of the contract and the Council’s confirmation of funding availability (budget) for the Christmas Tree Wonderland. The Supplier will be given the rights to utilise the Christmas Tree Wonderland Official Logo on the merchandise they produce for the duration of the contract. This logo is trademarked.
