Support and Maintenance: - Renewal of the existing Safenet Ethernet Encryptors Support contract. - Support must be provided from a UK-based supplier. - Must have the capability to resolve issues via telephone support, WebEx or site visit. - Note that remote access to DMO systems is not permitted. - Must provide 24-hour support.
