Tender description
Hammersmith and Fulham Council will be undertaking a tender competition to procure 1 or more providers to operate a free floating car sharing service. To award a contract to a FFCS provider based on a rigid set of scoring criteria. Tendering by way of an open tender will ensure the Council can appoint the most suitable provider and receive the best value for money for its residents and the Council.
