Tender description

University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust, and the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust invites tenders for the provision of Taxi Services on behalf of its hospitals, GP premises and Sexual Health premises (Umbrella) located within the Birmingham and/or outer Birmingham region. The intention of this contract is to permit other health-care organisations within the Birmingham and Solihull STP and/or the Birmingham Hospitals Alliance the option join this contract at any time during the contract period. In addition, to University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust and Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, the Birmingham Hospitals Alliance also comprises of: Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust. The contract will be for an initial period of three years (36) months with the option to extend for up to a further twelve (12) months to twenty-four (24). Taxi Services for: Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Mindelsohn Way, Edgbaston, Birmingham B15 2GW, Plus Satellite Departments/Units. Taxi Services for: Heartlands Hospital, Bordesley Green East, Birmingham, B9 5SS, Plus Satellite Departments/Units. Taxi Services for: Good Hope Hospital, Rectory Road, Sutton Coldfield, B75 7RR, Plus Satellite Departments/Units. Taxi Services for: Solihull Hospital, Lode Lane, Solihull, B91 2JL, Plus Satellite Departments/Units. Taxi Services for: Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Bristol Road South, Northfield, Birmingham, B31 2AP. Taxi services — all premises. Taxi service for: any combination of the above Lots 1 — 5.
