LHC is renewing it offsite housing framework. The framework is split into 4 workstreams, Workstream 1: Volumetric Systems, (options for housing, apartments, adaptive pods, room on the roof, temporary accommodation) Workstream 2: Panelised systems(open or closed panels); Workstream 3: High rise projects systems; Workstream 4: Turn key projects low rise (options for housing and apartments, adaptive pods room on the roof, mixed use developments). Within each workstream bidders can select which options they can deliver. The framework is aimed at delivering housing apartments, adaptive pods, student accommodation, care homes, room on the roof, temporary accommodation using offsite systems. There is also the option under all work streams for bidders to deliver units to the fabric first principal. The framework will be open for use by all public sector organizations including local authorities and registered providers.
