Tender description

UK Shared Business Services Ltd acting on behalf of the Contracting Authority United Kingdom Research and Innovation have put in place a contract for cloud support services in the continued development of the new Enterprise Europe Network customer relationship management platform. This contract has been awarded in alignment with the Crown Commercial Services RM1557.10 G Cloud 10 framework. UK Shared Business Services Ltd acting on behalf of the Contracting Authority United Kingdom Research and Innovation have put in place a contract for cloud support services in the continued development of the new Enterprise Europe Network customer relationship management platform. Under this contract the supplier will provide development services to complete the following work: 1) Website/GOVDelivery Integrations; 2) Phase 4b; 3) CRM Support — CRM debugging post-Phase 4b, incremental improvements and SysAdmin/Maintenance; 4) DA-SMEI — Coach. This contract has the option to extend for a 6 month period. This contract has been awarded in alignment with the Crown Commercial Services RM1557.10 G Cloud 10 framework.
