Tender description
Runnymede Borough Council is looking to appoint 2-4 contractors to fully support the delivery of reactive maintenance, void property works and out of hours emergency repair call outs delivered by the Council to dwellings, empty properties and communal areas for circa 2 890 social housing homes. Responsive and void contract for RBC — North – Englefield Green and Virginia Water to a value of 1 875 000 GBP over a maximum period of 5 years. Responsive and void contract for RBC — North – Egham and Chertsey to a value of 1 875 000 GBP over a maximum period of 5 years. Responsive and void contract for RBC — South – Chertsey and Addlestone to a value of 1 875 000 GBP over a maximum period of 5 years. Responsive and void contract for RBC — South – New Hall and Addlestone to a value of 1 875 000 GBP over a maximum period of 5 years.
