Tender description

Complete demolition of the dairy sheds and associated slab. The contractor is to carry out a R&D asbestos survey using an UKAS accredited company. Remove and dispose of all asbestos using a HSE licensed company The contractor is to remove and make safe all services to the building. Demolish the buildings including grub up and removal of the concrete slabs. Scope of works to include removal of dwarf walls and ramps and surrounding paths, removing all debris from site. Regrade the ground leaving smooth seeded topsoil over the area, with no hard-core or rubble left on site. Keywords: Works, Demolition, Asbestos
