Tender description
As part of the County Hall Masterplan, an area within County Hall is made available and the space currently lies vacant. The size of this area is c.954sqm. A number of options have been looked at, in order to get the best value for money from the vacant space. Consideration is being given to an in-house offering, but we are also keen to consider whether these services can be provided more efficiently through existing leisure providers. *****THIS IS A MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE AND NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION*****
