The Sheffield City Council Furnished Accommodation service provides tailored furnished packages to some of the most vulnerable tenants in Sheffield City Councils’ portfolio. These are based on both need and affordability and offer the customer a choice of types of items, styles, colours and specifications. The framework will be offered under a series of lots: Suppliers may bid for one or more lots. Lot 1: White and Brown Goods; Lot 2: Sofa’s and upholstered Chairs; Lot 3: Dining Room Furniture; Lot 4: Bedroom Storage Furniture; Lot 5: Bed bases, Headboards and Cots; Lot 6: Mattresses; Lot 7: Mattress Protector Encasements; Lot 8: Bedding and Household Linens; Lot 9: Curtains, Blinds and associated track and fixings; Lot 10: Small Household Consumables.
