Tender description

Queen's University Belfast (Queen’s) wishes to appoint a panel of economic operators to provide executive educations services to the University’s William J Clinton Leadership Institute, based at Queen’s Management School, Riddel Hall in South Belfast (http://www.leadershipinstitute.co.uk/). As specialists in executive education, the Institute is dealing with the highest level of business people and their associated organisations. The credibility and strength of the team is critical to its success. The aim of the Institute is to engage strategic people with the experience and influence to make a difference at every level of interaction with the programme participants. Queen’s wish to procure the provision of executive education services which will be categorised into 3 lots, these being: Lot 1: Training Delivery; Lot 2: Programme Design; Lot 3: Coaching. The contractor must be able to provide a provision to promote the following principles. The contractor should note this list is not exhaustive. Create organisational development solutions attuned to business strategy which add value to the organisation through the design of bespoke programmes that meet the needs of stakeholders, senior executives and managers in both public and private sector organisations. Knowledge of up to date technologies supporting programme design would be desirable. The contractor must be able to provide a provision to promote the following principles. The contractor should note this list is not exhaustive: — deliver programmes to a high standard, in line with Leadership Institute standards and expectations, — be able to build credibility and establish rapport quickly with a senior, experienced audience, — tailor course content to respond to the diverse needs of each audience, — use real-life examples and case studies to bring the content to life. The contractor must be able to provide a provision to promote the following principles. The contractor should note this list is not exhaustive. Assist individuals and organisations to grow and improve and bring about sustainable success. A professional qualification within this field would be highly desirable.
