Tender description

The University of East Anglia has established a consultant register for the estates and building division, so that it has a pool of consultants from whom it can call-off directly or seek tenders (via mini-competitions) for specific projects as they arise. On an annual basis the University embarks on a wide variety of projects that fall into the category of capital and minor works – collectively they make up the services. The framework will be split into the following 6 lots: 1) Project Management Services; 2) Architectural and Master Planning Services; 3) Quantity Surveying Services; 4) Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultancy Services; 5) Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy Services; 6) Planning Consultancy and Property Advice.
