Tenant services are implementing a landlord’s suited lock system. SDC are looking to appoint an organisation that will provide the following works/services on our behalf: — short term, to carry out a comprehensive survey and inspection of all tenant services mechanical and electrical secure doors and cupboards, site offices, tenant amenity rooms and guest bedrooms (within approximately 28 sheltered and approximately 150 general needs blocks), — to design and install a professional bespoke suited locking system that offers the facility to grow and expand the system long term (access hierarchy in Appendix B), — to provide access to material and support to our long term repairs and maintenance contractors for the lifetime of the system. SDC envisage our R&M contractors replacing barrels and keys, — to advise on the suitability of fob access systems where practicable. Tenant services are implementing a landlord’s suited lock system.
