Tender description
Nottinghamshire County Council, on behalf of the Midlands Engine, wishes to undertake a competitive procurement process to appoint a provider to develop the vision, promotion and branding of the HS2 Development Corporation. The work package will help shape an overarching vision for the development corporation, and in parallel, will create a compelling narrative for the East Midlands as a destination in which to work, live and invest.
