Tender description

The equipment being used stretches the boundaries of technology and it needs to integrate seamlessly across the building. Installation is also critical to ensure all of the devices operate faultlessly. The current procurement regulations require certain elements of IT to be provisioned through BMBC and others through Code Green; this ruling also applies to installation. The complexity of the system would require an exceptional level of coordination between both organizations to deliver the system. Code Green has the required specialists and has already devised and installed the projection system. They have a good understanding of the requirement and are ready to proceed within our set timelines. BMBC IT has limited availability over this period for completing the work and has yet to order the devices. Noting the exceptionally tight timelines, the preferred option is to allow Code Green to deliver this programme.
