Tender description

The economic operator shall provide the following services: the Banbridge Public Realm Scheme is a spaces and places improvement scheme developed by Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council (the Council) with the support of Department for Communities and in line with recommendations set out within the Banbridge Masterplans (Appendix A) attached as appendices. The Council wishes to take the project forward, through the appointment of an Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) commissioned to prepare conceptual designs (RIBA Stage 2), carry out stakeholder consultations and prepare 2 economic appraisals that will enable the identification or prioritisation of funding for future delivery.
