Tree Maintenance Services for the London Borough of Hillingdon

Tender description

The contract will be for the provision of tree maintenance services within the boundaries of the London Borough of Hillingdon. The service will involve all aspects of maintenance of Council trees including (but not limited to): tree surveying, limb/branch removal, pruning, removal of suckers and epitomic shoots, crown lifting, thinning and reduction, re-pollarding, removal of deadwood, felling stump removal of soft and hard areas, poisoning of stumps and roots, root pruning, tree inspection, climbing inspection and possibly tree planting. There may be possible tree removals from lake/rivers in remote areas with limited vehicle access. Due to the volume of work, the London Borough of Hillingdon may divide the Borough into North and South with two contractors operating within each divided areas.
