Tender description
Belfast City Coucnil wishes to appoint a contractor to undertake the delivery of the new Kickstart programme. The overarching objective of the Kickstart programme is to support those businesses who have participated in Go For It and individuals who have been in business no longer than 2 years to provide them with an intervention to enable them to grow as swiftly as possible and to provide greater and additional employment across the city.
