Brief Description of Requirement The aim of this quantitative study is to gain a better understanding of the impact of minimum wages, especially the National Living Wage, on businesses, particularly prices, productivity, profits, investment, and business creation (start-ups) and destruction (failures). This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
