Tender description
Create a new survey to collect patient experience feedback from children and young people with cancer (under 16s). The supplier would be contracted to run 3 surveys, across 5 financial years in the first instance (6 survey waves; 2 waves per survey). The new service will undertake cognitive testing of the survey; conduct survey fieldwork including printing and postage of approximately 4 500 questionnaires; collecting and processing all completed questionnaires; providing an analytical function which analyses the survey responses; providing survey results reports at national (1) and trust level (14). OJEU Open tender procedure to appoint one provider to complete surveys for Children's and Young people Cancer surveys.
