Tender description

1) Develop, manufacture and supply a new design of 2 324 PV Fans. This consists of a fleet’s quantity of fans (2 256) and a float of 68 fans; 2) Manufacture and supply of 4 512 smooth bore ducts to LU drawings. This consists of 2 256 left hand ducts and 2 256 right hand ducts; 3) Manufacture and supply of 2 256 dust purging to LU drawings. This consists of 2 068 flat panels and 188 three pieces panels. A goods contract is sought over a 24 — 36 month period in accordance with a pre-agreed schedule of delivery with an option for the Contracting Entity to extend for a further 24 months if required. For further information please refer to the procurement documentation. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT). TfL invites suppliers interested in tendering TfL-01229 the design, manufacture, and supply for the replacement of the pressure ventilation fans, smooth bore PV ducts and dust purging on the Victoria Line Fleet of 47 trains to complete the following supplier selection questionnaire documents: — standard selection questionnaire parts 1 and 2, — supplier selection questionnaire part 3. Tenderers are reminded to sign all declarations in Parts 1, 2 and 3 of the supplier selection questionnaire documents. Tenderers can bid for both lots or either of the two (1) design, manufacture and supply of the PV fans (2) smooth bore duct and dust purging.
