South East Consortium on behalf of Hexagon Housing Association invites you to tender for a bespoke Tender. Hexagon Housing Association require one contractor to carry out the maintenance, installation and refurbishment of passenger lifts and disability equipment. The contract will run for 4 years with the option of extending for a further 2, subject to performance. The approx. budget is 110 000 GBP excluding VAT per annum The contract is for the preventative maintenance and remedial repair of the passenger lifts and preventative maintenance of access equipment in all properties and housing schemes as outlined in the lift maintenance document. The successful contractor will be required to carry out regular servicing of each unit in accordance with the contract specification. The lift portfolio currently consists of 49 units within 33 individual locations. In addition, Hexagon Housing Association portfolio also includes 58 individual domestic stair lifts and disabled access units within a further 50 addresses which the tenderer will be pricing for servicing only. Pricing is to be inclusive of SEC Levy (1,5 %), overheads, profit and prelims but exclusive of VAT.
