Tender description

Stockport Council manages a portfolio of buildings within the Council estate. The Council wishes to obtain Facilities and Asset Management Services. The Council recognises that value for money may be obtained through combining both facilities and asset management services to deliver a total service; it is, however, open to reviewing whether value for money can be achieved through separating the services.
