Tender description

The Council wishes to appoint an experienced and competent contractor who has demonstrable experience to carry out and produce suitable asbestos management survey reports for BCC’s domestic properties, which includes both occupied, voids and communal areas. BCC currently has management surveys of around 11 000 dwellings. All communal areas have been surveyed to comply with Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.The Council wishes to appoint an experienced and competent contractor who has demonstrable experience to carry out and produce suitable asbestos management survey reports for BCC’s domestic properties, which includes both occupied, voids and communal areas. The contract will be for 4 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years (1 year + 1 year) subject to satisfactory performance of the service provider and agreement of both parties.
