Tender description

British Council (BC) seeks to appoint suppliers to an evaluation/research strategy advisers framework, which will enable BC to access advice and expertise in a cost efficient and effective manner across its evaluative/research work. The expertise is required to provide technical and strategic advice through a range of short-term assignments over the next 3 years. Both technical evaluation/research experience and sectoral experience in the areas in which the British Council operates (English, Education, the Arts and Cultural Engagement, including civil society, inclusion and governance) are sought – i.e., proposals are sought from experienced professionals holding either strong sectoral experience or extensive evaluation/research experience, or both, at a strategic and international level.
