Tender description

The Authority wish to commission research activity to evaluate the service delivery process and resulting outcomes deriving from the employability support programme, Fair Start Scotland. This will include engagement with a range of participants, providers, employers, delivery partners and stakeholders and will involve different approaches and methodologies to gather the required information and feedback. A programme of more qualitative work with individual participants, service providers and other stakeholders. A large scale telephone survey of participant experience.
