Replacement Roof Coverings and Associated Works in Wiltshire 2018-19 - AWARD

Tender description

The works will cover the activities listed below which will be undertaken in accordance with the enclosed Specification. Works will be carried out to 15 (fifteen) properties owned or managed by GreenSquare Group. It should be noted that GreenSquare is responsible for maintaining the stock of Westlea Housing Association Ltd, its sister company within the GreenSquare Group. These are individual dwellings that are occupied. Roof covering - full replacement Chimney flashing / repointing (if required) Fascia replacement Gutter / downpipe replacement Tender to include: Prelims Management of the Works CDM Management Site meetings Customer (tenant) liaison Measurement Invoicing Application for payment Scaffolding Work at Height Site set-up Waste disposal Labour Plant and materials Any contract resulting from this tender exercise will be for a duration of 3 months from the commencement of works (January 2019).
