HCC Jan 2019 - The Provision of Adult and Community Learning Services

Tender description

Hertfordshire County Council (hereinafter referred to as HCC or the Council) is going out to tender for the establishment of a Framework Agreement with a number of Providers to provide a range of adult and community learning opportunities to target groups within the population of Hertfordshire. Tenderers must be included in the UK Register of Learning Providers (UKLRP) and have a valid UK Provider Reference Number (UKPRN). All learning opportunities must meet Hertfordshire Adult and Family Learning Service (HAFLS) priorities as set out in the HAFLS Needs Analysis and adhere to the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) Funding Rules. Please see the Specification (Schedule 1 of the Framework Agreement) for details about the different funding types available and what courses fit within them. All provision must take place within the relevant academic year, for example 1 August 2019 to 31 July 2020. Full details are contained within the tender documentation.
