SmartPly are seeking proposals from suitably qualified companies, for the inclusion in the tender for the supply and commissioning of a new Oriented Strand Board (OSB) blending system. The overall scope involves the following: Three OSB Blenders, each with an individual estimated capacity of 25 000 kg/h oven dried (OD) complete with required ancillary equipment/services as follows: — atomisers, — spray nozzles, — automatic adjustment for throughput for 50 % of range, — machine guards Safety Fences and interlocks, — automatic lubrication and continuous vibration monitoring, — MCP, automation and cables, — installation and Commission on site, — equipment must comply with all European Directives and Irish laws, — equipment must be suitable for ATEX 22.
